I was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Peachtree City, Georgia. I lived in Peachtree City from the age of five until I moved to Colorado in December of 2007. I attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. After graduation, I was married and began teaching music at Huddleston Elementary School. I taught at Huddleston until Thanksgiving of 2007.
My husband, Keith, and I have two children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. I am very blessed to have such a wonderful family!
We have two Coton de Tulear dogs....Bella & Barkley. Cotons are great for allergy sufferers. Plus, they have wonderful personalities and can be quite comical.
We love life in Colorado and all that this beautiful state has to offer. After growing up in the east, I'm still amazed by the big, open skies and beautiful Rocky Mountains! We love spending time in the great Colorado outdoors.
I enjoy playing the piano, traveling, spending time with friends and family, gardening and spending time outside. We also love exploring the many trails in Colorado in our Jeep. I love growing roses and all types of flowers. .
As I look forward to the 2022-23 school year, it is my goal to continuously improve the program I have built. We have so many great things in place, but I believe in life-long learning and that improvements can always be made. I love the kids and families of Bethke and I look forward to many years in this special community!
